I'm looking for an orbital buffer, that can do as well as my high speed dewalt buffer. Any suggestions out there. Willing to pay for a good one. Not sure of best brands.

Rupees, Italian brand
FLEX, German brand
MAKITA has orbital buffer as well.
And there is quite a few medium quality but solid brands...
I like the Rupees 21. I was about to pull the trigger, but thought I would see what others recommended. Thanks
i'd be sure it's a forced rotation machine if you want it to replace a rotary.

We use a Makita orbital and love it but it doesn't take the place of a rotary. When we want to level a painted surface we sand it ending with 2500 or 3000 grit wet paper then remove the sanding scratches with a Makita variable speed rotary buffer then switch to the Makita orbital to finish the job. If you only use an orbital for your compounding/polishing it will take a lot longer.

I ended up buying the Rupees, Italian brand orbital buffer. I like it a lot, but as stated in the thread, I use the rotary one first. I would like to buy the smaller Rupees when I have extra cash.
Thanks for the help
