Hey guys im new to the boards and was hoping i could help on a few different topics ...first one is the material im applying it isnt paint it is a ceramic coating that is sprayed on and heat cured it is two parts....It is being applied to firearms

PartA ---http://www.cerakoteguncoatings.com/resources/files/H-Series%20Part%20A%20(Generic).pdf

Part B---http://www.cerakoteguncoatings.com/resources/files/H-Series%20Part%20B.pdf

I am just wondering if you guys can take a look and give me some insight into what type of mask i should be using

I am also gonna post in anothr place looking for some advice on my booth room setup it is not a big booth as it is for firearms coatings

If you're only going to spray one or two guns in an area where the air is being changed using fans or outdoors you can probably get away with a carbon canister mask. However if you are going to be spraying this kind of material regularly you should use a supplied air system like the Hobbyair or Pro Air.

I'd recommend a full face mask or hood with a supplied air system and use a small detail spray gun for spraying a gun size object. Also read the coating manufacturer's recommendation for the spray gun tip size. If you're going to be spraying a lot of guns get a "good" spray gun that would cost around $300 but for one or two guns you can get a less expensive gun for between $50 and $150.

Hey Len for the fast response...actually we are already spraying this stuff in a smaller booth that i threw together and we have three really nice iwata hvlp guns ... we spray this stuff every day and and we do alot of firearms.... when we started we never thought it would become this big and this popular and now we are upgrading all of our facilitys to handle it all ...I also posted in the general talk section about building the booth and hope u can help me there too Len. Maybe I could get all my equipment from you?
