I've always been a stickler on health and safety when it comes to spraying especially for personal safety and shops that paint regularly within short distances from their neighbors.

Now with the EPA starting to regulate the painting of cars we will be needing all the tools, materials and information we can get on accomplishing these tasks safely and legally. It will be here that we can share our experiences and knowledge on these issues.

A short distance would be one that allows your overspray to effect your neighbors negatively. However if you watch the wind direction and speed and adjust your spraying time accordingly you should be able to spray at times when it won't effect those who live next door.
