3m graco spray gun question
Gentlemen:
I got a heck of a deal on a new 1.4 hvlp 3m graco pps spray gun...The company has sent me a 1.3 compliant and not the 1.4 hvlp.....the hvlp model is in the mail, but now they are offering to let me keep the 1.3 compliant for a 100 dollars. I have a sharpe compliant i use for clears, i plan on using the 3m graco hvlp for paint.....I've never sprayed with a 3m graco....just wondering if anybody has, and if they like it.....any reason why i should be hesitating on keeping the compliant for a 100 dollars?
what a life!!!!

$100 is a good deal
I have a set of 3M graco guns.
They are nice guns, very heavy but nice to use.
Mine came as a set in a case with spares etc and I have used the HVLP a lot for base coats, atomizes very well and large enough fan.
They are not cheap guns, and when u look online they retail for well over $100 each, I would say keep it and if you dont like it sell it on for a decent proffit.
These guns are used by the likes of boyd coddington etc.
Not the favorite guns in my collection, though as I got them as a gift I will never part with them.
Plus being a gun junkie I like having them in the arsenal.
