Hello all, Will metallic paint settle to the bottom of a 2 quart pressue pot without a agitator before it is all sprayed out? Thanks

Some metallic paint will settle out much faster than others but a good quality paint will usually keep the metallic in suspension a lot longer than paint of a lesser quality.

TIP: If you're going to have the paint in the cup for a while put in some marbles and swish them around in cup every once in a while to help keep the metallic in suspension. The larger marbles work better in the two quart cups and I like the steel balls better than the glass ones.

I have sprayed hundreds of cars using a 2 gallon pressure pot and metallic settling was never a issue or a problem.
