I shot my roof with DuPont Chroma-one and

when the paint layed down there were 1/2 dozen pits in the paint that are deep but not throught to the primer. I don't believe they are fisheyes and I don't want to color sand them out as that may leave a very thin film of paint left. I buffed it and the stick out like a sore thumb. Can I mix a small portion of paint and fill the divots with paint on a touch up brush and then hit it with 1000 or so to level them? I don't want to have to re-shoot the roof again and will leave them there first. Other than those pits the paint is like glass....

It sounds like solvent pop, did you apply too much too fast? Anyway, you can touch it up but it's probably not going to be as perfect as the surrounding paint. If they are small holes it's difficult to get paint into the bottom of the hold, it usually traps air that causes problems if you try to sand and polish it flat. Sometimes you can put a drop of paint on the hole and try pushing it down with a pin to get the air out.

Thanks, I was pretty sure it was solvent pop. It happened right in the middle of the roof where I had to lean way over to try to get a good coat on. When I sprayed the primer in that area it went on too dry so I tried to make sure the color didn't do the same thing. Its tough to reach those areas when you are short. Thanks for the reply....
