    Default air leak at my iwata nozzle?

    dear guys..

    Yesterday while I am setting my iwata lph400 lv I heard a strange
    air leak coming out from nozzle.. without ever pressing the trigger??
    i removed the needle from the above gun but still the air is leaking
    from the front nozzle?? the above gun is brand new and been used
    only 3 time':confused: s??

    If the air leaks all the time then it sounds like a bad gasket/packing/O ring in the trigger control air valve.

    Sounds like its the O ring on the air Valve seat thats causing the problem
    or the air valve is sticking.

    If you look at the diagram for the gun you would remove these components, clean them and then re-seat them.

    And use a spray gun lube. There and where the needle goes through the packing nut. The packing nut could also be too tight

    thank you guy for your help I will try today to check the air vlave
    seal. I like this gun I've just finished 300 turbo nissan z with maroon
    color.
