Default EBay Find (IR Automatic Tank Drain)

With the hot and humind weather we've been having I wanted to get a Automatic Tank Drain for my compressor to avoid having to crawl on the floor to open the valve.

There have been more than a few Ingersoll Rand ADV Drain Valve w/installation Kit (new in box) listed on EBay going for $50.00 or so. Grainger and everywhere else I checked sells them for over $200.00.

Not sure how well they work but it sure seems like one of these puppies should do the trick.

Just wanted to pass this along

    Earl:

Your quite welcome, Looks like you got the last one of this lot. I'm sure he'll post up more but others have been selling them for about the same price as well on EBay

I wanted some of the members here to get in on it as they have been up there all week (might be even longer but I only started checking).

The seller looks reputable and the product is still in the original packaging.

I wanted me one of this things for the longest but they are a little expensive. I too was going to get the HF one but after reading here and over at Hotrodders.com all the issues folks been having I thought better of it.

Hell for $56.00 vs $212.00 I might get me a couple more for when I plump up my new compressor (hopefully later this summer) and have some to drain my drip legs and filters.

That's a great price on the drain. We sell our private labeled drains for around $300.00. More or less the same thing.

Yeah I look around on Google and couldn't find anything similar for less than the IR one sells for retail. I wonder why these things are so expensive?
