I'm not familiar with the G110 but I've used the GTI-620G with both caps and found that the 2000 was an improvement.

I've got the same gun. I've only seen the english made version here in NZ.
As far as I can make out it is the equivalent of the plus gun available in the US.
Don't know about the #2000 aircap but with the 110 cap its classed as a compliant gun. I bought a 115 HVLP air cap that ships with the GTI-W for waterborne basecoats. It uses a lot more air but sprays well.
The 115 is supposed to be superior for basecoats and the 110 perfect for solid colours and clears.

    Part Number: GTI-407-110 Type: Compliant
    Used for: Suction/Gravity/Pressure Feed
    Pattern Size: 330mm
    Air Consumption:
    9 cfm @ 32 psi Handle pressure
    Fluid flow: < 250 cc/min

Haven't got the info for the 115 but I believe the 105 is similar

    Part Number: GTI-407-105 Type: HVLP
    Used for: Suction/Gravity/Pressure Feed
    Pattern Size: 330mm
    Air Consumption:
16 cfm @ 29 psi Handle pressure (10 psi at cap)
    Fluid flow: < 250 cc/min

By the way I've been snooping around this forum for a while now and you guys are a wealth of knowledge.
I'me a novice and have only painted 3 cars and I apreciate all the info I get from you all.

    Cheers!

    Brad
