    What pressure should I be using at the reg.? What's the correct Psi @ the reg. and the correct fluid opening for metallics BC/CC?

    You want to have about 60 to 80 PSI at the wall regulator, attach the hose to the gun, pull the trigger and, with air flowing through the gun, set the gun's inlet regulator to 29 PSI. I use a 1.4 tip with that gun but the tip size is regulated by the viscosity of the material you're spraying; in most cases you can use a 1.3 or 1.4 tip. Also, be sure to use only Sata,s air micrometer (if you don't have the digital model) because this gun uses a lot of air and most other inlet regulators won't allow enough air through the gauge/valve to run the gun properly and/or you could get inaccurate reading on the gauge.

    That is corect, just thought I would add that the viscosity of the paint may need to be concidered.
