    Default Temperatures

    I Will Be Painting My Car Between November And December . If It Matters Its A Fiber Glass Body. At What Temperature Should The Room Be To Paint This Car?? I Live In The Norteast. I Would To Know If Kirker Acrylic Urethane Paint Is Good? thanks!!!!

    imo, kirker isnt bad paint at all, ive seen some amazing jobs done with it. compared to higher end urethanes theres no comparrison(you get whatcha pay for) but there is really no problems with it. i forget if kirker is a hardened paint, but i think it is. if it is you cant spray below 50, otherwise the paint will stop hardening, and never start again. other than that as long as you use a low temp reducer you should have aboslutely no problem painting

    The room AND the vehicle should be at least 60 deg. F. and prefereably 70 deg.F. when you paint.

    I have had really bad luck with Kirker clears and kirker clears only. Some people like that brand of paint, obviously I don't. I have had excellent results with many different brands of urethane topcoat paints (but not kirker).
