    Default Collision repair information

What service do you guys use to find repair information and procedures on what is accepted for repairing a vehicle? For example - what does the manufacturer recommend on a unibody rail regarding straightening, sectioning, or replacing? Just hit up the manufacturer or is there an industry aftermarket service like all data or mitchell or???

    Thanks

I stopped doing big hits a while ago but if I needed measurements I'd probably visit a local body shop (or two) to see if I could get the measurements I need. Mitchell was always a good source but it might be cost prohibitive.
