Get the 3m accuspray setup and you get a lot of versatility with the gun. Can buy 1.4 nozzles, 1.8 and 2.0. I spray my heavy primer surfacer with 1.8 or 2.0 and then go to the 1.4 for sealer. You change the head like every 10 uses, and every time you change the tip its like a brand new gun..

I haven't found many things from 3M that aren't overpriced.

Your not going to shoot featherfill like glass with any gun. I personally use a cheapy gun with a 2.5 tip for polys. Just be sure not to have that stuff in the gun too long in this heat and clean it well after using.
