But how do I remove the chrome off my front grill because alot of it is peeling off on its own.

That's a tough one because stripper won't touch it and blasting will damage the plastic. You can try pressing tape against the chrome then pulling it off to see if it will pull of the rest of the chrome. If the remaining chrome is attached real well you can probably scuff, prime and paint the grill to make it less noticeable.
Len, What grit would you scuff with?
if it's plated chrome and not a piece that put on over (as in metal cover) you can use the original easy off oven cleaner. (not the new lemon scented formula , that takes 3 times longer and twice as much to get the chrome off) use the stinky stuff.
my dash board was all messed up and here's a pic of the one section done it's on the far right hand side.

I'll be doing the rest of them and sending them out to the platers after I've removed the finish so I can take pic's and verify the part as being good. (I have been burned once by sending a part and not verifying that it was good (it was but I can't prove it with out pic's) so now I remove all chrome from the plastic part using the easy off oven cleaner, rinse with Dawn dish washing liquid and take pic's THEN send it off.
