Default Need mixing advise for flatting Omni single stage MTK

I want to mix up some semi-gloss black for painting my wheels. I bought a quart of MTK9300 Single stage black and M148 flatting Agent. The question is where to start for Semi-gloss? I understand it takes some adjusting to taste but I would like to know about where to start. I checked the p sheets and it doesn't address this. I also would like to know if I need to adjust the amount of hardener?

Mix a small amount at a 4 parts black to 1 part flattener then mix in your hardener and reducer in the proper proportion and spray a test panel. Allow the test to harden before you judge the result then make any adjustments you feel necessary.

I called on this once before for a matte sheen and I am pretty sure they told me to activate first and then add the flattener starting at 25%. Been a while but seems like I had to go to like 50% to get it down to where I wanted. Now I just buy some pre-flattened to a Satin sheen. Comes out smooth satin every time.

If the flattener is also a urethane product and you add it after the hardener then your mixing ratio (hardener to paint) will change. Talk to someone who knows how to paint not just the counter person selling you the paint or call the paint company that makes the products you're using. When you buy "pre-flattened" paint it's mixed the way I'm telling you to mix it, flattener mixed with paint BEFORE hardener is added in the proper proportion to the total of the paint.
