I have a 16' rowing boat to shoot.
The 30 year old gelcoat is classically thick but when you look at it closely, there are fine pores all over it. These pores have been filled with waxes, buffing compounds, etc.. I am planning on bc/cc .. filling the few scrapes with machine glaze .. primer/sealer, etc.. But, I am concerned that these fine pores will give me tons of little fish eyes.
How would you clean them? I have access to most chemicals, couple of power washers, etc... Thanks.
Jim
...pic is not my specific boat - a Google find.
