Sata 3000 hvlp

Have a sata 3000 hvlp with the original adam gauge. It is always showing 6 on the gauge when not in use. Is that a bad battery, are the original adams servicable?



Also been having troubles with getting my clear to lay out. Spraying Car Systems high solids. No reducer 2.1. Air pressure is at 32psi, fluid was set at almost wide open, and my fan was all way out, then one turn in. thinkin maybe fan is too wide, but not thinkin that is my problem. Any help be much appreciated. Thanks

Nothing wrong with 32psi for clear.
Len has a video on here where he shows how to adjust a spray gun.
And I have no clue if that 6 is a problem or not.

The display on the adam has always been blank, untill the air hose was connected. Now the display shows 6 with air hose NOT connected. Didnt know if battery was goin bad, or if it is even servicable.

My 3000 digital is doing the same thing too. It runs the battery down fast. I have been just taking my battery out after using it. And mine was showing 7 all the time too. With a new battery it stopped doing that, but does regularly stay on. And mine seems to like 29 psi for clear.
