Default recommend a good binks #7 copy gun

Any chance anyone can recommend a good quality Bink #7 copy gun ?

I have a some lacquer work to touch up and the job is too small to justify purchasing a new binks.

I am not getting the results I wanted using my modern gun.

I looked at 2 this week from local supply stores but I wasn't happy with the quality of machining on either.

Am I looking for needle in the haystack ?

    Thank You !

Why don’t you take your modern gun (you didn’t name it) and reduce the inlet pressure to say 5 or 8 pounds and you should be able to duplicate the poor atomization you would get with the old Binks. No disrespect intended for a real Binks gun but it is what it is. Not only will you get the similar atomization you will not be smothered in a cloud of overspray. By the way I never owned a real Binks but had one at work so I got to experience the joy of using it. I liked it at the time, 25 years ago but wouldn’t go back. I gave away all of my cheep copy guns, just too hard to clean.
