Picklex 20 shelf storage life

Does Picklex 20 have a definite shelf life? Is there any defined time span after opening the new container where using the product will cause problems when a non-acidic primer top coat or lose its effeciveness as a rust preventer?

Does Picklex 20 have a definite shelf life? Is there any defined time span after opening the new container where using the product will cause problems when a non-acidic primer top coat or lose its effeciveness as a rust preventer?

I purchase a new bottle when I have about a quarter of a bottle left and one time I started using the new bottle instead of finishing the old one. Well that old one sat for over a year before I noticed it and when I used it there was no difference between it and a new bottle. I would imagine that if it was left open it might change the chemistry but not with a top on it.
