    I asked this on another forum answer included alot of (scratching and rubbing ) just want to explore all options Cleaned bottom floorboard with sand blaster wire brush wasn't ready to paint sprayed rust converter on 1 month later now going to epoxy prime rust converter turnblack left white powdery residue anything i can spray on to nutilize film so I don't have to resand Like a bleach or vinigar solution car is on jack stands and hard to get to any home remedys Thanks,Mike

    You should remove any loose material by using a wire brush before priming. Some metal conditioners recommend rinsing with water but you should check with the manufacturer of the products you used.
