Is there a fix for solvent entrapment

Hi, can someone help please, I am in process of painting what I beleive is called a reverse flip where the bottom of the car is Kawasaki green and the top of the car is black.
I have so far painted the bonnet and boot with the green first then clear coated it then reversed the masking and painted the black and clear coated. now on the black it seems like I have solvent entrapment as its very plyable on the tape when unmasking. I have stopped unmasking for now just in case there is a resolution where I don't have to strip the clear off and basically start again.
the intention was to wet sand the clear then apply clear in one hit over the black and green.
Just for info, I left the base coats, 3 of each, for approx 25-30 mins and left the base coats for almost an hour before clear coating.
Any help would be very much appreciated

What kind of paint are you using? What is the temperature? Is the paint soft or do you have little (pin hole size) bubbles in the the surface?

Press you thumb against the surface for about 10 seconds then remove your thumb and wipe the surface. If you can still see your finger print the paint is soft. Let me know the result.
