Nice shop set up and nice work. Since you guys own/run an automotive recycling facility (junk yard) then you obviously hit the insurance auctions and I would imagine you have a contract(s) with insurance sources for you cars/trucks. Since most of the vehicles from the insurance auctions are insurance write offs/totals, are most of the vehicles you showed pictures of salvage title vehicles ?
99% of the inventory is purchased through copart. No contracts with any insurance companies. very little comes from local sources (older junkers). The majority of the work done in the shop is for paying customers. We vary rarely fix salvage vehicles, mostly for family members. In those photos, only the Lexus and the Superduty were salvage. Lexus was for my Uncle and the superduty had 1635 miles on it so we figured what the heck.
