    Default Know these cars?

Click on the link below and take the test. I got a 92% but most of my friends scored in the 70s.

Len, I also got 92%. The Desoto, Dodge and Kaisers were tough for me. I also confused the Henry J and the Willys. Its funny how either you knew what they were for sure right away or had to look at them for while to jog some memories loose.

That was fun, thanks for posting it.

Len, I was just thinking that anyone under 60 years old is going to have a rough time with a lot of those cars.

That was too easy . I got all of them right . The truth is i sat in every model of those cars at one time in my life .

Now to be honest if i did that test without the 4 choices ,i would have missed a couple .

It would be hard on most of the younger guys . The two hardest for me was the Chrysler New Yorker and the Desoto .

A test like that on modern cars ,i would fail .

I scored a 94, question #3 got me I knew the Dodge Cornnet mixed the other 3 up. I'm only 55 but we tore alot of those cars up when I was in my teens.

Not so good here. Only 53%. Not sure how old you fellas are but being 36 here I haven't spent much time around those cars.

90% which surprised the heck out of me. Being as how I was 7 when the 60's entered I really can't recall seeing any of those in person at the time. By the 60's I was aware of the Chevys and the Savoy which my grandfather had but that is it.

A little late to this game, a 94%. The Chrys, Desoto, and Dodge got me. Shouldn't have as i had a New Yorker quite a while back. A lot of the model years were easy, knowing the progression of fins, or lack of, body trim and hood ornaments. Good game! Rick

    Default no experience

    Got 85%.
I'm 55 but, the only two cars ever sat in at the link was the Plymouth..mom had one and the Studebakers-lived in South Bend Indiana when they went out of business(oh, and dad drove one..remember him cutting off the ignition going down hill to save on fuel, he said). The others I recognized due to building model cars when a kid and of course always loving the different personalities cars had back then due to some real design ideas. +1 on the newer cars..so few have a different personality than the next 400 sitting next to it on any given road/parking lot etc. Fun little test, thanks.
