Flat Black Paint Suggestions

Hello,need some advise.
I want to paint a hood and the fender tops FlatBlack and I`ve seen that flat paint can/is a pain to spray and keep nice.
It shows fingerprint,smudges and if you wipe it wrong streaks.
What is a GOOD flat paint type/brand and tips on application and care.

The best results I've had were with Glasurit flattened clear over base coat color.
