Why 760? This is a lacquer based primer and as such is low end technology as are all lacquer primers. Rubber-Seal makes a great 2K urethane in the RS-790 series which is fast drying and has an assortment of activators including one specifically used for flexible parts like bumper covers. So to directly answer your question 760 is a good as any other lacquer primer but all lacquer primers made by any company pretty much suck.
