POR15 on top of Pickelx 20 good idea??

The underside of my buddy's camper is rusting. he will wire brush and apply pickelx 20. Will POR 15 be compatible on the picklex 20?

To tell the truth I've never used Picklex and POR together. My guess would be that they are compatible but it's only a guess. In my opinion you would be a lot better off using Zero Rust instead of POR. ZR is much easier to work with, it holds up well and it's less expensive. If you have any ZR left over it will hold up well on the shelf but POR will get hard.
