    Custom Bumper (mold)

Happy New Year Gents...I'm hoping for some insight from you all regarding a possible project.

I am contemplating molding the lip and the bumper pictured below together...the lip is fiberglass and the bumper is abs. My question is what can I use to fill the gaps between the two to mold it properly...I'm thinking kitty hair/glass, but defer to your wealth of knowledge.

    Thanks!

Fiberglass fillers like kitty hair get too brittle to apply to abs and it could start to break loose at the edges. I would grind both mating surfaces and the surface on each panel where I would apply Fusor Bumper Repair Adhesive (#142) then shape it and finially tweak the filler with some Poly-Flex before priming and painting.

Thanks for the response Len...sounds like a plan...now will I be able to use the Fusor for filling in the gaps?...I'm assuming so.
