Default Zero Rust over Epoxy Primer...?

I have been trying to decide on what to coat the underside of my 69 Charger with.... and read a few threads in regards to PRO-15 and Zero Rust. Can Zero Rust be applied over epoxy primer? The underside of my car is already primed... If so, what can I use to degrease/clean/prep to apply Zero Rust? Thanks in advance!

Yes, the ZR can be applied over any clean, prepped surface.

I would probably clean it with something like Super Clean (available at Wal Mart) then scuff the underside with RED scuff pads then clean it again and spray on the ZR.

Cool deal! Thanks Len. I will probably be ordering this pretty soon...may be after I get my tax return cash!
