Temperatures in Boston are predicted to be around 60 for the next few days.

I'm planning on laying down a coat of epoxy primer over the whole car. The garage is unheated and without resources to do so.

How cold is too cold??

Read the technical data sheets (TDS) for the products you're using. Or you could tell us what products you intend on using and maybe someone here is familiar with them.

I won't paint if the garage temperature below 60 without heating lamp but above 60 should be OK. However, like Len said, it;s good to read the tech sheet for your product.
