What would you recommend?

What would you recommend for this? It's pitting from surface rust. The metal was media blasted and they epoxy primed.
The part is from a Lambretta motor scooter, normally I would use evercoat rage gold body filler. I thought I would ask and see if there is something better to use, Glaze? Slicksand? Would that even cover it?

80 Grit it then apply 2 or 3 wet coats of Slick Sand.

Thanks, I've never used slicksand before and thought I'd ask before I figured out on my own that I should have used body filler instead of the slicksand.

If you don't have a 2.2 mm gun but do have glaze just use the glaze and block it out....you still need to scuff it up though.
