I am doing some small blasting outside and been using my sas 3651 series halfmask with 1001-00 screw on cartridges. They say for organic vapors. Is this is bad respirator for outdoor blasting? what should I be using?

just make sure it has a particulate filter on it, they make 95% and 99% filters, usually some type of fabric (coton, fiber) that air passes thru to filter out the chunks before it goes thru the charcoal of the O.V. part of the system.

The mask I am using has the pre filters which are felt like and then the screw on big filters. Thanks for the reply
