Can I spray clear over clear

Painted a week ago with Nason Select clear, two coats, on a hot rainy day ( Used high temp activator). I got a lot of orange peal. I sanded it out with 1000, 2000 and buff. I am afraid the the clear is too thin. I did sand through on one very small spot. Can I put on a couple more coats of clear on top afte scuffing or will it eventually start flacking off? This is a everyday driver for my son.

Blend sand throughs with color.
Reclear.
