Default Show Cars, Before and After

I'm looking for before and after pictures of show cars. Particularly one's with custom body lines and fabrication work. I can't seem to find this on the net. If anyone could post pictures or links in this thread, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks, -Rob

I am not sure what you mean. Do you want the exact car before and after or one just like it?

Here is a stock 54 Chevy pickup.

And a radical custom one. Well it was really a 51, but the cab is a 54.

Is this what you are after? If it is, just Google "Custom 1950 Mercury" or something like that and then google 1950 Mercury to see stock ones.

Yeah, that's what I mean! Stock vs. the custom. If I had to choose between the two, I would take the stock one. A little to extreme for my taste.

Not sure how old you are, but there use to be a traveling car show and they produced books of cars that were from mild to wild.

Some will remember Hot Rod and Show World Magazines I hope.

I'm 27, pops is a landscaper so I don't know much about the classics, as much as any one car company. I should though check out some books. Weathers back to nice out so it's back to being a slave to my car Not much time for reading!
