Any Centari experts?

I have a few fiberglass items to paint. I have been using a sealer b4 shooting Centari. I purchased a product called Bulldog which is a flex agent for fiberglass. Does this take the place of sealer? What would be the order...scuff,flex agent,Centari?

Flex agent does not take the place of sealer or any other paint/component regardless of brand. The flex is mixed in with the sealer/primer/color and/or clear as an additive. Read the directions on the label as to the amount to add.
