just painted a fender got a question??

just messing around on a old fender today with some tractor paint it turnt out ok but it looks like it has fog in it what did i do wrong? air psi was 20 psi with the trigger pulled 40 psi without the trigger pulled kind of looks like a spray can job thanks

What type of paint?

What were the environmental conditions? Warm? Cold? Humid?

When you say "fog" do you mean that the surface is dull or the color has a foggy look to it?

cambell hausfeild sipon feed,the paint is tractor enmal,it was warm outside,yea it kind looks dull in some spots shiny in other looks like i took a can of spray paint and sprayed it thanks
