I was a wee bit worried, I have 1 red hardener and 1 blue hardener with no way of telling which one belongs(if it matters) to which product. I hit it with some 40 grit and it felt a lot better.

Is the hardener for the Dyna-Glass red? It has setup for 24 hours and still feels a wee bit tacky, it's hard, but tacky. My work time was about 15-20 Mins before it started to harden.

Should I use the poly-flex indirect contact with the fiberglass? Or can I bondo the scoop then feather the edges with the poly-flex.

Well, after three shops, I finally found one that knows what they are doing. 500$ squared the frame and was able to get it back to 2mm from stock. Thanks for the help. Sean
