Ok dumb question about Devilbiss gun.

Ok I cought the post on converting a GTI to a plus . Sounds good. My GTI is such an air hog. In the post it mentions that the only difference is the air cap and the nozzle. OK what is the nozzle?? I can't find the term anywhere in my parts schematic. I really want to give this a try , but want to make sure I purchase the right parts. Is it another term for the flud tip?

Yes, in that case the nozzle would be the fluid tip.

Let me get this straight. I can buy one gun, PLUS, or GTI, purchase another nozzle set(or tip) from the opposite of the gun I purchase, and I will essentially have both guns? This switches a reduced pressure gun to an HVLP and an HVLP to an RP? If so, that is awesome! I have been debating on which to buy, but I guess it doesn't really matter.

You have to buy the cap too for the plus. In my area it goes for $76 all by it's self. Tips are $45 each.
