I've sprayed three coats of K36 primer/surfacer and blocked sanded with 180. Everything looks and feels pretty good. I ewent down to epoxy primer in a few places and t ometal in a few small places as well. see picture. alsothuogh this isn't my car, it looks just like the phase I'm in.

My question is, do I respray the whole car again with 2-3 coats of primer /surfacer before I block sand with 400 and 600 or do I just spot coat where I broke thrugh the surfacer ??

IMO it would be *best* to spray another coat over the whole panel and blocksand again with the guide coat. This way you'll have another layer of primer to blend in with the surrounding area.

Cool is right spray another coat and guid coat it again to make sure the panel is super straight. if you get back down into metal or epoxy spray it again, you may have to respray a panel a few times to get it straight.

K36 should not be sprayed on bare metal, anything bigger than a dime should be re-epoxied...
