Need some help on color

Ok here is the base color and I want to put on3 coats of clear with the 2nd coat having either a pearl or flake, what would be a good contrating color to add? This will be on my 1963 Econoline Window Van.

I don’t understand why you want to add pearl to the third coat of clear. That is the coat that will take the most abuse if you have to do any run or sag repairs, or color sanding and buffing. When I do a color that has pearl, the pearl is in the base coat. I guess you can get a different effect by putting it in the clear, but is it necessary for the color you chose? I mean is it a three stage paint?

I have seen black accent with that color but that is the only one I remember.

Good luck with what ever paint you use. Just keep good records of the mix so you can get more paint if you need it.

My mistake I see you are putting the pearl in the second coat not the third.
