Anybody In Georgia with a rebuilder license

I need help...

I'm ready to get my car inspected but I need somebody with a Georgia rebuilder license to inspect the car (to make sure everything looks good) and help me get the car inspected.

The car have to be rebuild by someone with a rebuilder license (I didn't know this).

If anybody knows someone with a rebuilder license, please help me.:( :(

If'in you don't get no bites here you might want to try the Board/Forum over on Hotrodders.com (http://www.hotrodders.com).

A lot of them boys over there are into building and racing cars (as the name suggests) and also doing restorations.

A quick look at the project pages over there and everyone is either starting from the frame up or took it down the the frame and will build it back up.
