2:1 clear

Anybody used 5 Star or the Transtar 2:1 clears? I would like to use them on my next project but didn't know about their characteristics. Thanks

Iv'e used Transtar 4:1, and never again. The 2:1 is most likely better.
I bet the Nason 2:1 is about the same price. I was fairly impressed with it.

i dont personally use the transtar clear but i've spray it for another shop occasionally.
The 2:1 Euro Clear or whatever its called.
For the price i guess its good. I believe its a 5 liter can with 2 liters of hardener or so...so for the money your getting over 2 gallons of sprayable product.

From what he tells me it holds up well...but i havent really seen any work that was done with it from years ago to know how it holds up for sure.

And its a little on the thin side if i remember correctly.
