Hello, got my Chromabase paint and mid-temp basemaker, and Nason clear and mid-temp activator.. Got my data sheets off the internet.. All the data sheets give a range of tip sizes and pressures.. so to possibly reduce the fiddling time and / or $$$$ waste of base paint (red metalic$$$) can anyone give a more fine-tuned recommended tip size, pressure settings, I'll be breaking in my Dev plus gun on this repair. Thanks Mike

I use a Sharpe Platnum HO hvlp with a 1.4 tip and have excellent results. In most cases 2 coats cover very well at a 1 to 1 mix ratio, just don't over think yourself. Its great stuff !

Both the 1.3 and the 1.4 usually work well with that gun. I'd probably go with the 1.4 but you should try both just to see which you like best.
