There are two considerations for repairs depending on your situation.... either repair the bumper or replace it.

If think that you want to replace it you may or may not be able to purchase an aftermarket bumper cover. If you think that you might want to repair the cover you can look at the repair process HERE (http://www.autobodystore.com/plastic.htm).

Raimbe, All of us older bodymen have repaired many of those types of bumpers like on your old TA. The bumper is made out of a flexible urethane. If the repair is done right it will outlast the rest of the car. You need a two part flexible bumper repair kit (I would imagine Len sells the repair kits).

I checked my aftermarket parts book for a new replacement bumper for your car and they are not available, so -- repair it is.

If you look at the bottom of Len's 'How to'..it has links to the supplies used for the repair (although he doesn't mention the specific products used)...good luck!

Use the Fusor 602 Surface Modifier and the Fusor 142 or 143. The 142 is the large size and the 143 is the small size. You will need a despensor gun for the 143 and either a gun or a "caulk gun conversion kit" for the 142. You need these despensors to get the material out of the tube properly.
