We just got a new old 2000 Skidoo formula and my daughter managed to kiss a tree with it on the second day. Now I get the honor of fixing that mess. Its got a plastic hood made of what I am ont sure beyond it being some sort of slightly flexible plastic. Its got a nice 8" break up from one of the front hinges that goes back into place nicely. Will Fusor work with that plastic? I plan of putting an aluminum reinforcing plate in there as well since I don't trust plastic repairs. Damned kids HERE IS A PIC ON PHOTOBUCKET

if you could post a picture, it could help a lot. i think fusor will work good, just make sure you give it some degree of support on the underside too, this (http://autobodystore.net/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=FUS700&Category_Code=6PRM) should help you with that

Enjoy the pics. I got it apart. I was told to put a pan protector on the outside of the underpan which I will do. I still have to stopdrill the 2 cracks and reinforce the rest with some sort of aluminum backer and probably some fusor. The thin steel framage I took off is salvagable but damn they could have used a tiny bit more metal in the thing. I could bend it with a dirty look. One thing is as true now as it was when I was a kid. Trees don't move unless you aren't looking close enough. More with stupidity and a lot at night with the help of a bunch of beers.:D Anybody want a kid? This one starts driving next month and I can't wait till she bashes up one of my cars. Sure as shit smells dooty it will be the newer one too.........................................

fusor should work quite well on that, you could definately use lens method for plastic bumper repairs on that hood
