Does anyone know of a collision repair parts source in Atlanta. I found Unique industries but they do not have the parts I need for my car (78 450SEL).

I need fenders and wheel arch repair sections.

Look forward to hearing form you.

With best regards

Al

You may find that no new parts are available for that car. Go to a news stand and get a copy of Hemmings Motor News, look into the Mercedes section for business that may handle your parts (new or used) and start calling around. I will sometimes spend a couple hours a day for several days looking for hard to find parts before I come up with a reasonable answer. I've even purchased entire cars in order to get what I need but you should be able to find parts even if they aren't new.

Try Sherman & Associates, Inc. out of a suburb of Detroit. www.shermanparts.com

The fender lists for $108.00 and the wheel arch in only available for the 4-door. It lists for $32.75 If you have access to a bodyshop or a junk yard they get up to 1/3 discount off the list price. No idea what shipping would be to Atlanta, I live close enough to Shermans that they deliver for free.
