Determining Original Color

Hello and thanks for your assistance in advance. Can anyone tell me how to determine the original colors used on a 1927 Dodge Coupe. I have seen some old pics, and done some extensive searching on the internet, but cant seem to find anyway to determine original paint codes or colors.
