After spraying the car with the final flat finish, what should i wetsand, colorsand, or buff it with to keep that flat finish? Very fine Scotch Brite? its black urethane Kustom Shop Hotrod Flatz.

once you wetsand and buff you will bring a shine to most paints. Personally if you don't have much orange peel i would leave it alone. Im sure one of the guys here will know what you should do

If you have sprayed a flat black paintjob then your ONLY option is to leave it alone. You can't wetsand and buff any paint and expect it to remain a flat sheen. If you have some serious screw-ups in the paint like runs then they can be wetsanded out but those wetsanded area have to be spotted in with more flat black paint. Depending on the brand and degree of flatness the spot in paint may or may not show that the area has been spotted in.
