some questions and a pic of my project

Just thought id post a pic of my project. I also have some questions. Before parking it i drove around with the 2k urethane primer. Does it have to be sanded off down to the old paint since i did not seal it? The back is tore up because im putting s2000 taillights in it.

I do upholstery work for a living, but body work is a hobby that I really enjoy. Im still in college so its hard to find time to work on the car. I had a small accident in the car a few years back and changed all the panels and bumpers but there is visible damage to the frame when the hood is popped. i will post a pic tomorrow and maybe someone can give me a clue on the best way to fix it.

wash you car with strong soap. Then wipe it down WELL with wax and grease remover, then and it and apply more primer for blocking and you'll be fine.
