This is a fender I painted a few weeks ago and used too fast reducer with a turbine. I am going to have to repaint it but for now I am just trying to get it to shine. It is a bc/cc paint. It is about 3 weeks old so I know it is cured. I wet sanded it with 2000/ buffed it with a white foam cutting pad (forgot what compound I used) then switched to a black polishing pad and 3M Perfect-it foam polishing pad glaze #05996. It says on it that it is for use on DARK colored paint. I have used it on black paint and it worked great. Not sure this orange is considered a dark paint? Here is a pic of it. Do you think the Mystic cut would bring the shine out? TIA Jake14877

Those scratches look deeper than 2000 grit but if they are 2000 grit the Mystic Cut will work great. The black foam pad will work but it may take longer than the orange pad because the black pad is softer.
