Did this for a co-worker Friday.

Used:

-Dawn wash to remove any old wax and oils
-Clay Bar
-3d HD Cut compound via Meguiars Wool pad on rotary
-3d HD Polish on Lake Country white pad via rotary
-Optimum Polymer Technologies Opti seal on paint
-Optimum Polymer Technologies Car Wax on paint and glass
-Optimum Polymer Technologies Opti Gloss Coat on wheels
-Meguiars Tire Shine on tires and plastic trim

Is that a tape stripe? Did you do anything special to clean it? What year is the car?

It's a vinyl strip. It's on the sides, center of hood and center of trunk. It came from the factory that way. I didn't really do anything special. Actually I ran over it with the HD Polish and put the sealer and wax on top of it. It's a 2011.

You do a nice job. Car looks showroom new. Were the pics taken late in the day a little prior to sunset? Cars look about their best then. Nice job, car and camera. Like the black mini SUV you showed a couple weeks ago. Keep doing what works for you.

Thanks. Yes it was late in the evening. That's the best time to get a nice shot. Direct sunlight is good for showing the perfection in the paint but it's hard to beat the late evening shots with all the reflections.
